As you may have been made aware, we are excited to launch our new Trane Diagnostics dealer communication pilot in the next couple of weeks. This communication pilot is a result of direct feedback from our Trane Diagnostics dealers requesting the streamlining of relevant information regarding new homeowner Diagnostics information and updates. Rest assured, we will be sure to keep you informed of any dealer-facing Trane Diagnostics communications ahead of them going directly to dealers.
Our goals are:
- to be as effective as we can with our communication,
- to keep our sales team and channel partners informed ahead of time,
- and to share relevant, timely information directly with our dealers.
