As you know, Source is the one-stop-shop for our customers to search and find parts and equipment online.
We wanted to share two recent improvements that we’ve made based on sales and customer feedback. (Also, please continue to encourage your customers to share their input with us via the Feedback Tab on the right-hand side of the screen—see image below!)
1. Quick & easy access to the Source Answer Center
- Users can now access the Answer Center right from the Source portal, instead of having to visit a separate webpage. Just click on the link in the Help tab on the right-hand side of the screen to access training videos, FAQs or submit feedback.
2. The incorporation of parts information in the parts and equipment search
- Saves users time and extra clicks—they now have information about the part immediately, without having to leave the search results page.
