We are in the process of shifting Nexia to align with our core brand of Trane, so Nexia Home will be known as Trane Home. To help our Support Team accommodate questions and requests from our customers, this is a staggered launch.
In June, we officially launched the new www.TraneHome.com portal, which replaces MyNexia.com. Please make sure your dealers are telling their new Home customers to visit this site to create their Home account!
The mobile app launch is expected to begin in mid-July, and will be rolled out to groups of Nexia customers over several weeks.
Our new app and portal sites have the same features and functionality that Nexia previously offered, but now our development efforts will focus on continuously improving our homeowners’ experience with their Trane HVAC system.
