These ratings are a fantastic sales tool to convey our quality homeowners, but there are strict guidelines for how to advertise these results. Trane’s claim guidelines for all non-digital advertising can be found in the Info Center on MAX under brand marketing and logo guides. A key takeaway is that Consumer Reports cannot be mentioned by name.
