As you probably already know, we are in the process of shifting Nexia to align with our core brand of Trane, so Nexia Diagnostics will soon be known as Trane Diagnostics. We plan to launch our updated Diagnostics portal within the next couple weeks.
In addition, our Nexia homeowner mobile app will be transitioning to Trane Home; we’ll be updating the app in July.
This branding change is in the look and feel only—all of the previous functionality remains the same.
