The latest version has several enhancements designed to improve customer experience, including:
• Saved Job for parts and residential equipment: make reordering quick and easy and share the list with others
• Improved order history search: increased speed to return results and advanced filtering options
• Support / Resources has been added to the menu, as well as a direct link to FieldTechHelp.com
What we’re working on next:
• FQA (for service technicians)
• Initiating claims for missing equipment, freight and damaged goods for the DSO dealers
