Based on dealer feedback, Nexia Dealer Diagnostics has developed and released a dashboard to help dealers more easily see vital information and take action. This streamlined view allows dealers to quickly narrow in on customers’ systems that need additional attention, enabling them to prioritize service calls and provide a better customer experience.
The easy-to-use dashboard also:
- Summarizes alert statuses
- Identifies customers with critical and major alerts
- Maps where the customers are located in a dealer’s service territory
- Helps users track customer adoption
- Assists users in staying up to date on new feature and product announcements
The dashboard feature is visible to all dealers who have registered connected thermostats in Nexia Dealer Diagnostics.
