What is the new functionality in the Nexia mobile app?
Homeowners can now view their dealer’s contact information or look up a nearby dealer (if they are associated with Nexia or Diagnostics in ComfortSite) directly from the Nexia mobile app.
Once they find their dealer information, they can also directly place a call from the app, making it quicker and easier to get in touch if they need support or service.
Reminder: Dealer information is also available on the web portal and smart thermostat.
Where is dealer location found within the app?
If the homeowner already has a dealer assigned:
- Thermostat Dashboard > Settings (bottom right-hand corner of the screen) > HVAC Service Information
If the homeowner does not have a dealer assigned:
- Thermostat Dashboard > Settings (bottom right-hand corner of the screen) > HVAC Technician Search
- Enter the ZIP Code, and a list of nearby dealers will appear
This feature is now live for our customers, and we will be promoting it directly with them starting mid-October.
