Based on feedback from our dealers, we have updated our FTA alerts to run closer to real-time, allowing you to use this information more proactively to assist your customers. Previously, the algorithm ran only once per day; now it will now run throughout the day to identify FTA situations, and will also indicate an active or cleared state.
You will be alerted by email (if you have set up notifications) when an FTA is triggered, and can also see active and cleared alerts displayed in Diagnostics.
