Lynn Haven (LHV) Lead Times Will Be Changing

This is an overview of recent and future events:

2020 2H

• July 2020–November 2020: Demand Actuals came in 14 days over Demand Plan (stronger demand than forecasted).

In 2021, Lynn Haven will be increasing Lead Time to 30 days. This will allow LHV to build stock to better support emergency replacement during peak season.

Additional comments:

• 1. Need to build inventory levels in warehouses
  2. Local unemployment and increased cases of FMLA are delaying the ramp up and are the primary source of build challenges.

Please do NOT lose an order based on the 30-day lead time…we will work with you to meet customer expectations.
