Support teams will be moving away from MyPartsRequest, into an enhanced support portal with ability to host help guides, view past requests and submit new requests. With a target date of early June, requests for Parts Technical Support, Wholesale setup and Identification/Setup of OEM parts will move out of MyPartsRequest and into a new portal found at: https://iwdsupplyretailsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
With the successful completion of pilots in several regions, we are confident this new technology will provide you with answers quicker than ever before. Your ability to self-serve will be greater than ever and the communication between you and your support teams will be seamless.
Get Ready…
In preparation for go-live, we ask that each user create a profile in Zendesk. There you will create a username to log into Zendesk. This profile will provide access to search help documents, view open/closed requests and submit new requests. Please refer to the attachment on creating an account to complete the quick process in getting signed up. Please note, this free account is required to submit a request.
