Can You Handle More Data?

Based on direct feedback from customers, Nexia Diagnostics has released enhanced functionality and made more data available for dealers who have installed TEM8 and TAM9 variable speed air handlers.

With installed and connected units that are set up in communicating mode, dealers can now view additional data points, including:

  • Static pressure
  • Target CFM
  • Actual CFM
  • Evap Temperature
  • Gas Temperature
  • Superheat
  • Airflow input mode
  • Motor horsepower

Additional data can be viewed in the System Status, System Configuration, and Run Time History graph sections of Dealer Diagnostics to help dealers diagnose issues more quickly. Along with other communicating systems and connected controls, dealers can save time and view more valuable and rich data in Nexia Dealer Diagnostics—enabling them to remotely diagnose and monitor customers’ HVAC systems to provide excellent customer service.

Share this information with your dealers and help them check out the new data available in Dealer Diagnostics.
