Trane Brand Marketing works with a wide range of social influencers to expand the reach of our messaging through social channels, blogs and videos. One of those influential voices is Brittany Bailey, a.k.a. Pretty Handy Girl, a licensed contractor whose mission is “to change the stereotype that women aren’t handy.”
Recently, she posted a complimentary Instagram story featuring the installation of a new Trane unit for one of her projects. (We did not provide this Trane unit as part of our partnership, but she chose to install a Trane unit since she’s such a fan of the brand and she documented the occasion.)
Through these Instagram Stories, Brittany shared her love for Trane, telling why she chose to partner with our brand and why she appreciates Trane. In one story, she posts a videoed conversation with her HVAC installer, during which he refers to Trane as the “Ferrari of HVAC systems.” A few frames later she shares a personal anecdote about her previous home that has had the same durable Trane unit since 2001. She also posts direct messages from her followers who share personal stories about their Trane systems.
