Twenty new Field Service Representatives recently attended and completed the first week of FSR Orientation Training in Tyler, Texas.
Welcoming FSR’s from both IWD and company-owned distribution, the Tyler Technical Support Team provided a curriculum focused on role execution, resources, and processes. Sessions related to Comfort Controls and Nexia Diagnostics complemented each other to demonstrate the troubleshooting capability and support value of the Connected portfolio.
Consumer Relations, the Limited Warranty Team, Warranty Performance Management, and Legal delivered role-specific training providing a comprehensive overview of this challenging position.
A Factory Tour took these Field Service Representatives to the factory floor to meet the people who build the product they support in the field, witness their passion and enthusiasm, observe the manufacturing processes with operator engagement, and they saw snow in Tyler when visiting the S.E.E.T. facility!
Please join me in recognizing, and congratulating, these FSR’s:
